Snow underfoot – whatever the weather outside
Have you ever stepped straight from a conference room into a winter landscape? At Skidome, that's exactly what you do – just one floor below reception at Kviberg Park Hotel, 1.2 kilometres of indoor track await, with real snow and sub-zero temperatures all year round.
The course has gentle slopes and features two classic tracks as well as a skate lane, making it accessible for both beginners and experienced skiers. The temperature stays at a steady four degrees below zero, so the snow is always perfect whether it's July or January. Ski rental and equipment sales are available right at the entrance to the tracks – so you don't need to bring a thing.
Book Skidome as part of your conference programme and we'll take care of the rest. Call us on 031-395 11 00 or email [email protected] to plan your activity.
Biathlon and team exercises on the track
Biathlon is one of the most popular conference activities at Skidome. The concept is simple: you ski a stretch of the track and then stop at a shooting station to fire at targets. It demands both stamina and concentration – a combination that tends to generate plenty of laughter and cheering.
We put together activities that suit all levels. It doesn't matter if half the group has never been on skis before – our instructors will get you started and tailor the format to suit your group. The first-timer has just as much fun as the seasoned skier. The point is to do something together, not to win Olympic gold.
In addition to biathlon, we offer team-building exercises on the track. These can include relay races, collaboration challenges, or tasks where the group needs to solve problems along the course. Every format can be adapted to the size of your group and however much time you want to spend on the activity.

Practical information: equipment, times and booking
You don't need to pack a ski bag for the conference. All equipment – skis, poles and boots – is available to rent on site at Skidome's rental shop, located right at the entrance to the tracks. The only thing you need to bring is clothing that can handle a bit of cold (think layers, not expedition gear).
Since Skidome maintains a constant temperature of four degrees below zero, the facility works just as well in February as in August, with no dependence on the weather outside. You can plan your conference activity without checking the forecast.
Activities are booked through reception at Kviberg Park Hotel. Let us know how large your group is and what kind of format you have in mind, and we'll help you find the right time and setup. Feel free to combine Skidome with other activities during the same day – everything is within the arena.
