Looking for a conference activity that gets people laughing, cheering, and forgetting they're technically at work? Cornhole – also known as Bean Bag toss – is exactly as simple and addictive as it sounds. Two teams, eight bags, and a board with a hole.
The aim of the game is to toss fabric bags at an angled board. Land a bag on the board and your team gets 1 point – sink it through the hole and you get 3. First to 21 wins. No athletic ability required – just a little wrist feel and a competitive streak. Perfect as a break between conference sessions, or as a wind-down after a long day of workshops.

Rules in two minutes
Set up the two boards at a suitable distance from each other. If playing in teams, teammates stand opposite each other at their respective boards – if playing one-on-one, both players throw toward the same board. Easy to get started, and most people get the hang of it after the first toss.
Both feet must be behind the front edge of the board when you throw. If a bag lands on the edge and touches the ground, it's removed from play. Tally up the points after all eight bags have been thrown – 1 point for landing on the board, 3 points for each bag that goes through the hole or gets knocked in by another bag.
The game continues until one team reaches 21 points or more. A round typically takes between twenty and forty minutes, depending on how evenly matched the teams are – and how much chatting happens between throws.
Pricing and booking for cornhole
Renting cornhole costs 200 kronor per session, and you can play for up to three hours. Choose between a morning slot from 08:00–11:00 or an afternoon slot from 13:00–16:00. That's plenty of time for several rounds and a proper tournament if you're up for it.
Not enough space in your conference room? You can rent our V.I.P. section for 2,000 kronor – with the game included. You'll get your own dedicated area with plenty of room to throw, cheer, and keep score without disturbing other groups.

More than just a throwing game
The great thing about cornhole is that it works just as well as an icebreaker in the morning as it does as an energy boost after lunch. The game needs no warm-up, no change of clothes, and no instructor – just a quick run-through of the rules and you're off. Groups of anywhere from six to thirty people can run a tournament format without things getting chaotic.
Since Kviberg Park Hotel is located right inside Prioritet Serneke Arena, you can combine cornhole with other activities all under one roof.
