Make your conference one people actually remember
Wondering how to break up a long conference day with something that actually gets the group talking to each other – not just about work? At Kviberg Park Hotel & Conference, we've brought together six different activities right next to the hotel and conference facilities.
Since everything is located inside Prioritet Serneke Arena, you never have to leave the building. The group can go from a morning workshop to a round of beach volleyball on sand, a ski session in Skidome, or a relaxing soak in the hot tubs – and be back in the conference room in time for the next session. It saves time and makes it easy to plan a day that blends focus with movement.
Further down the page you'll find all the activities we offer. Choose one or combine several – we'll help you put together a programme that suits your group.
From quiz nights to biathlon – find your thing
Every group is different. Some want high-energy competitions, others prefer to unwind with a sauna and hot tub. That's why we offer six activities with completely different characters, so you can mix and match exactly what works for your team.
Here's a quick overview. Click through to each activity to find out more about how it works, what it costs, and how to book.
- Quiz & trivia – Put your general knowledge to the test with a music quiz or classic trivia, hosted by conference partner Aventi.
- Spa & relaxation – Hot tubs, dry sauna, and steam room with views over Skidome. Space for up to 16 people.
- Cornhole – Toss bean bags at the board and rack up points. Works just as well as an icebreaker as it does a finale.
- Golf putting – Precision on the green; book through us for more information on pricing and availability.
- Beach Center – Sand courts with palm trees and the sound of waves, year-round. The same courts the elite compete on.
- Skidome – Indoor tracks for cross-country skiing and biathlon, one floor below reception.
What all the activities have in common is that they're all within the arena. You don't change location – you just change pace.

Sand, snow, and trivia – all in one day
What makes Kviberg unique as a conference venue is that you can combine wildly different experiences without ever getting on a bus. A morning of strategy in the conference room, lunch at restaurant Glenn, and then an hour of beach volleyball on real sand courts – all within the same building.
If you prefer something more low-key, a quiz or cornhole works great as a break activity. Aventi handles the entire quiz for you, and cornhole needs no instructor – just a board and a competitive streak. For groups looking for something truly different, Skidome offers cross-country ski tracks and biathlon, whether it's July or January outside.
Round off the day in the relaxation area. Hot tubs, dry sauna, and steam room with fruit and drinks on hand. It's a great way to wrap things up – and it's usually where the best conversations happen.

How to plan an active conference day
It doesn't have to be complicated. Start by deciding how long your conference day is and how much time you want to spend on activities. An hour is often enough to break things up and recharge – but if you want to make a whole afternoon of it, that works too.
A format that works well for many groups: conference sessions in the morning, a shared lunch at Glenn, an activity straight after lunch, and then a closing session before dinner. The activity lands right where energy levels tend to dip, and the group comes back to the conference room with renewed momentum.
Several of the activities – cornhole, golf putting, and quiz – can run in parallel with conference sessions if you have a larger group that needs to rotate. Beach Center and Skidome work better as shared blocks where the whole group participates at the same time.
We'll help you put the pieces together. Tell us how many people you are, what kind of conference you're planning, and which activities sound interesting – and we'll put together a proposal.
